Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 557u7. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. When registering a 557u7 account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by 557u7 during the registration process.
• You will complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when requested by 557u7. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your current residential address.
• You will keep your account login credentials — including your password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You will notify 557u7 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way, by contacting customer support through the platform.

557u7 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Accounts that are found to contain false or misleading registration information may be immediately suspended pending investigation, with all funds held until the investigation is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

557u7 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile money services and bank transfer options. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All funds deposited into a 557u7 account must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at 557u7 is ৳200, applicable to all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 557u7 account instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer methods may vary.
• 557u7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 557u7. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before making a deposit.
• 557u7 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including as part of responsible gaming risk management procedures.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are completed within 15 minutes of submission. Processing times may be longer during periods of unusually high demand or where additional account verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 557u7 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 557u7 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

557u7 does not accept cash deposits and does not issue cash withdrawals under any circumstances. All transactions must be conducted through the payment methods listed on the 557u7 platform at the time of the transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

557u7 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion communication:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or using automated software to manipulate bonus wagering — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from such activity forfeited.

557u7 welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are available to new registered players only. Existing players who create duplicate accounts in order to claim a new player bonus are in breach of these Terms and will be subject to account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the 557u7 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios. This means that every game outcome is determined by a genuinely random process that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including 557u7 itself. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the following gameplay conditions:

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 557u7 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. 557u7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity or payment method, or providing false personal information during registration or at any other point during the account lifecycle.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

557u7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed by 557u7 due to a proven breach of these Terms, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Platform's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Amendments to These Terms

557u7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
